Feel free to discuss and comment on the memorials given to Refuge Farms in memory and in honor of a signifcant player in someone's life.

The memorials are given at a passing or a birth, on a birthday or an anniversay, at a holiday, or just from someone who thinks the world of someone else! Thank you to all who think of The Missions at such an important milestone in your life! We are honored to be the recipient of your gift and will insure your generosity is utilized in the best way possible to continue the rescue of those abused and neglected and forgotten.

It was my honor to donate toyour worthy organization this weekend as a memorial to Dobby Kidd. My very good friends Dave and Beth Kidd of Beldenville lost thier beloved Dobby a few weeks back. Dobby was a great dog and he will be sorely missed by the Kidd family. I also wanted to regonize the important role our pets play in our loves. The unconditional love they give us is such a wonderful gift in our daily lives. Thanks Dobby...rest well.

We had no idea! Neither Beth or Dave mentioned a thing about the loss of their dog. Oh, how sad! Yet the two of them came to the Gala with smiles. Thank you for your donation and the news of Dobby. And yes, the love of our pets. They love us when we are late, when we are tired, when we are rushed, and when we are impatient. They are always on-time, ready to love us, and patient. Great teachers, these pets of ours!
