Refuge Farms is once again offering hands-on classes for the new Refuge Farms volunteer and the novice horse handler. Learn to halter, lead, and trailer a horse. Classes are available for a nominal fee per class and will be held at THE FARM. Join us and learn about these remarkable creatures!

Once per month, we meet at THE FARM and complete progress requiring our intention to insure the safety of our horses and our volunteers and guests. We accomplish much and are pleased with our successes at the end of the effort. Join us! You need not be a volunteer to attend and participate in Progress Days!! All skills are welcome!!!

This board contains dates, times, and locations of volunteer orientation tours and the annual mandatory safety trainings. In addition, Red Cross First Aid courses are being added for our continued effort to be safe while working with these magnificent horses!
